We decided to take a trip to Danbury to go see Danyelle’s sister play vollyball at West Conn. They finally won the set (surprisingly) and Dez didn’t injure herself in the process.

Time to post some photos of Xaia.

I decided to play around with a massive 100 - 400 sigma zoom and my 50mm prime lens to get some interesting shots.

I had to fly out to our Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca in California to do some Sys Admin work so I had to drive a couple miles to the coast and get some shots of the Pacific.

 So Xaia is now getting her bearings straight and learning how to stand.

Seriously, how can you deny the power of Xaia? It’s impossible I tell ya!

Xaia is really turing out to be a big ol’ ham. The proof is in the pictures.

After two failed induction attempts, Xaia Rose Paris was born via. C-section on 1/5/2007 at 00:23. She weighed in at 8lbs and 12oz and is 20.5″ long. And oh can she use her lungs! I don’t think there is a room in the maternity ward that can escape her calls for attention. This whole thing is so unreal words really cannot do her justice. Both mother and daughter are doing fantastic. These are just preliminary photos, after such little sleep over the past 24 hours it’s time for me to crash.

This has been an incredibly busy month, so much so I haven’t been able to take too many shots as of late and with my daughter on the way into this world things have been taking precidence. Last month at this time I took some Albany NY shots that I would like to share
